 • Venmo, Paypal, and CashApp.
 • For identity verification, OVE accepts any U.S. government-issued ID.

How do I upload my fingerprints to the OVE system?

It usually takes 2–3 minutes to complete.

1. Open the OVE app and finish setting up your account.
2. Tap Upload fingerprints in the app.
3. The app will automatically guide you to the closest store that accepts OVE Touch & Go® and has an available OVE Sensor.
4. When you arrive, tap your phone on the OVE Sensor to connect.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions and place each finger on the sensor as prompted.
6. Once completed, your fingerprints are securely registered and ready to use across the OVE system.

This setup is required only once. You won’t need to upload your fingerprints again.

This ensures you always have easy access to your receipts without needing paper.

Can I Delete My Account?
